14-Week Creative Reclamation

Monthly:

90-minute meeting on Zoom during which we’ll create an individualized Reclamation Plan for you using the Creative Regeneration practices. We’ll also talk about your work as a writer and dovetail our reclamation work with your writing aspirations.

Reclamation Map based on our meeting. This will include various practices, suggested readings, and as much or as little structure as you’d like to incorporate.

Two 75-minute Zoom sessions during the month which could be any combination of mentoring, guided meditation, focusing, and exploration of next steps. I will add new material to your Reclamation Map after each session.

Unlimited access and contact on Voxer 5 days every week during our months together for updates, insights, support, and connection. We’re a team and I love to hear from you!

Four “Creative Regeneration Components Applied to Writing” essays which detail craft applications for each of the four components. One essay will be sent to you by email each week during our first month together.

Four audio-meditations created especially for you.

Creative Regeneration by Dr. Sarah Luczaj. E-book or signed hard copy.

Invitations to monthly Creative Regeneration online sessions with the mighty networks community.

I’ll happily receive any writing that comes out of our work together but do keep in mind that this process isn’t about writing a specific product or providing critique for writing. It is about re-nourishing, reclaiming your muse/writer/poet self and more writing will naturally follow.

$2,650.00   (Payment plan available.)

Who will be guiding you?

Me, Kim Noriega. I’m a certified Creative Regeneration facilitator with twenty-five years of experience mentoring and teaching kids, teens, and adults, in person and online. My work as a facilitator is a direct result of my own six-month Creative Regeneration intensive working with Dr. Sarah Luczaj which was transformative and from which I continue to draw sustenance as I navigate my own journey as a poet, creative nonfiction writer, and human being.
